We collect your name, contact details, address and solar production data to monitor your system and arrange repairs.

When your system needs service, we send one vetted installer in your area your city, equipment and production history. Your phone number and email are never shared. You talk to the installer through our portal, and your street address is shared only when you accept an appointment.

We don't sell your data.

Our access to your monitoring account is read-only. You can revoke it in your manufacturer's app at any time, and cancel your subscription by emailing .

Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your card number.
