Service calls that arrive diagnosed.
We monitor Texas homeowners' systems, many of them orphaned by installers that closed. When one fails, we confirm the fault from the data and send it to one installer in that area. No shared leads.
Priced for volume
Each lead comes with the equipment, install year, fault type and 12 months of actual vs expected production. The more you take, the less each one costs.
| Plan | Leads per month | Per lead |
|---|---|---|
| Pay as you go | Any number | up to $50 |
| Crew | 25 or more | $35 |
| Fleet | 100 or more | $25 |
Pay-as-you-go prices step down if a lead goes unclaimed. You see the price before you accept. Orphaned-system takeovers start at $75.
How leads work
We offer you a lead
You get a text. The portal shows city, ZIP, equipment and the production data. You have 24 hours.
Accept it
You're billed the price shown. Messaging with the homeowner opens in the portal.
Set the visit
Agree on a time in the portal. When the homeowner accepts, you get the street address.
Fix and close
Quote and bill the homeowner directly. Mark the job fixed and we keep watching the system.

Good work gets you more leads
Every homeowner rates the job from 1 to 5 stars. Leads in a ZIP code go out in this order:
- Installers who serve that ZIP with no travel charge, highest rating first.
- Installers who charge travel to that ZIP, highest rating first.
New installers start at 4.0 until they have five reviews. An average below 3.0 after five jobs pauses new leads until we talk.
